Private yoga sessions are not only for experienced yogis! They are a wonderful starting point for an introduction to yoga practice or to deepen your current practice. They are designed to fit on your body type, fitness and stress level while considering injuries and illnesses and meeting your personal needs and goals.
- New to yoga? Learn the basics in the comfort of your own home, office or a private studio, with personalized instruction and attention.
- Experience a personal restorative yoga session to relieve stress and tension and renew your energy. Sessions are built to fit your individual need.
- Learn techniques to modify yoga postures for injuries, problem areas like tight hips, or medical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and anxiety/depression.
- Strengthen and practice proper posture and alignment for your current practice under the one-on-one guidance of an instructor.
In every session, expect to receive one-on-one instruction and posture/pose adjustments, maximizing your knowledge base, empowering your confidence. We will work on personalized sequences tailored to fit you.
Rate Schedule
Rates are through December 31, 2011.
Students are asked to pay 50% of the session or series fee in advance at the time of booking with the rest due at the first class.
For one student
- $50 per single session
- $90 for 2 sessions. $45/session
- $120 for 3 sessions. $40/session, and every following session
Invite your friends, partner, colleagues, neighbors to join in (small private group, up to 3 people):
- $40 per person, up to three sessions
- 4-session series for $340. $85/session
- 6-session series for $480. $80/session
- 8-session series for $600. $75/session
- 10-session series for $700. $70/session

Cancellation Policy
Please give 24-hour advanced notice in the event of a cancellation for full refund on the deposit. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.
